These four modules in the Building Resilient and Adaptable Teams Programme focus on how does the team evolve over time and adapt to headwinds, change and failure which are inevitable and will arrive at unexpected times forcing the team to face new challenges. The ideas and training in this section will equip any team to be able to thrive in times of change and uncertainty and ensure sustainable change and growth, both individual and as a team through increased emotional intelligence and resilience. As well, we include tips and techniques for managing multiple priorities, decision making and emotional mastery to ensure the team is equipped for whatever comes their way.
