Be More Human Teamwork Workshop: Recognising the importance of simultaneously thriving both at work and at home

We are each a member of two teams, a work team and a home/family team, and robust research and motivation theory both suggest that if one is not working well the other will suffer.

The challenge is how to manage this when the two have now been brought together and given the current enforced and extended ‘working from home’ period, the need to focus on the ability to simultaneously thrive both in our work team and in our home/family team has never been more important.
