The framework we use, The Big Bold Circle contains 20 principles or skills drawn from the book Be More Human - Re-thinking the Rules of High-Performance Teamwork.

How does it work?

There are three core components that deliver an experiential blended learning experience. These have been specifically designed and rigorously tested so that the powerful ideas have stickability months and years later. 

The Time Investment Needed

A half day or day for your managers and leaders to meet together with full immersion in the ideas and principles (In Person is preferable)

Two hours to include solo interactive learning and implementation of the ideas with their team over the following 4 weeks, plus one-hour follow-up online interactive session to support the roll out across your teams.
