Let’s collaborate to design something unique for your event.

The success of your next event matters. It matters a lot.

Your audience is unique, brilliant and both you and they quite rightly have high expectations.

The challenges you face and outcomes you need are specific to you.

The time, effort and resources that go into your event are significant.

Which is exactly why a one-size fits all, “off the shelf” talk just won’t cut it.

It’s why I always start with a conversation to understand YOUR desired outcomes and the challenges you’re facing.

Once I know what matters and who’s in the room, we collaborate to create a talk just for you.

Not the talk I did the day before or the one I will do the day after. It’s tailored to you.

Each Talk is Built on Three Pillars

  • PILLAR ONE
The Key Messages (linked to the 20 Principles in my latest book, The Big Bold Mindset®)

  • PILLAR TWO
The Human Stories which are colourful, entertaining and highly memorable to land the core messages and drawn from my two round the world sailing adventures.

  • PILLAR THREE
Landing Relevance: delivering the messages from Pillar Two but with Business Stories tailored to your specific situation and drawn from both my business experience and my decade of research into what wildly successful leaders and teams do differently.

Your Zero Risk Option…

Now, I get that this all sounds like consulting speak! And it is. Full disclosure: before becoming a motivational speaker, I was a Big Four trained consultant. Please don’t hold it against me!

But I think the process of landing something precisely right for your audience is too important to be left to chance.

To give you a flavour of some of the more popular keynote topics, I’ve added highlights below of some of my most popular talks, along with a selection of some of the most recent conference themes that these have been aligned to.

If you would like to have an initial consultation to see if a Keynote from me would be a good fit for your event, our team would be delighted to arrange a call and you can contact us using the button below. In fact, I would like to go one better and ask if you would you like to speak to a thrilled previous client? If you’re seriously interested, this can easily be arranged as I’m fortunate to have delighted past clients who are more than happy to speak with you.

My goal is to deliver success for you: I want to make this all as easy as possible and be your Zero Risk Option.

“A massive hit! Resonated fantastically well on a very personal level, as well aspirationally from a team and company culture perspective.”

The Booking Process: Open and Transparent

  1. GET IN TOUCH
Caspar’s team check availability and ask for a short call to understand the brief.

  2. TRANSPARENT PROPOSAL
Caspar confirms his understanding of the brief and what success for you looks like and we send clear straightforward options for you to choose from.

  3. CONFIRMATION
Once the event is confirmed, we lock in the date and send over a simple and transparent contract. We provide materials to help guide and inspire you from our RESOURCES PAGE, such as image, bios and talk descriptions.

  4. BRIEFING CALL
We arrange a briefing call, typically two weeks before the event to finalise the details of the presentation and event. Based on this brief, Caspar finalises an experience unique to your audience and their needs. He also shares a recommended welcome script and introduction video.

  5. TECHNICAL CHECK
If the event is virtual or hybrid, Caspar requests a technical run-through to iron out any potential technical challenges. This is normally done the week before the event.

  6. ON THE DAY
Caspar arrives early for a run-through and to check if there is any new information he needs to be aware of. He aims to attend sessions before his, so as to tune into relevant conversations and weave these ideas into his delivery. He will stay for as long as possible afterwards to interact with delegates and answer questions.

  7. AFTER THE EVENT
Caspar can provide a brief summary one-pager of the key messages covered as an additional take-away for the audience. He may request a follow-up call with event organisers to share insights revealed on the day which can be helpful for you.

“We invited Caspar Craven to speak at the annual user conference for my company, Kareo. It was an inspiring, uplifting, and enriching speech about leadership and life that made a profound impression on our customers, employees, and me. ”
